Returns

Eligibility for Returns

• You may return any item purchased from FunToDo within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Please ensure that the returned item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Return Process

• Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
• Our customer support team will provide you an instructions on how to return the item.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
• Our resin printers come with a 1-year limited warranty. Please refer to the warranty documentation for more details.

• We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Shipping Costs
